Deep clean brows - That's how you do it!

Rengöra bryn på djupet - Såhär gör du!

Autumn is here in full force and just like every time we enter a new season, it is important to update the skin care routine. The cold months are very stressful for your skin and your brows are no exception. Cleansing your brows deeply once a month will ensure that you maintain your fine hair quality despite the cold and ensure that dead skin cells and stubborn dirt are eliminated! Below we explain how to do this step-by-step.

1. Clean from make-up residue and surface dirt.

It's easy to stress when removing your make-up at night, and making sure all the make-up is off your brows isn't always a priority. The first step in cleaning your brows deeply is therefore to use a gentle cleanser that you work through your brows carefully. You can either choose to do this with your fingers, a cotton pad or a brush. One tip is to use our popular, oil-free Cleansing Foam .

2. Say goodbye to dead skin cells.

The next step is to exfoliate your brows. For best results, you should use a fine-grained exfoliant that is suitable for your face. Do not use more cream than an pea size and gently massage it into your brows and the skin around them. Do this for about 15 to 30 seconds.

3. Trim your hair.

This step can be skipped if you visit a salon regularly, but if you don't, now is the time to pick up your brow scissors, spoolie brush and tweezers. First use your spoolie brush and brush your eyebrows a few times. Then carefully, gently cut about 1 mm of your hair with your eyebrow scissors. Start from the outer edge of your brows and slowly work your way forward. Then use your tweezers to pick out any hairs that have grown outside of your desired shape. 4. Moisturize your eyebrows.

Finish the whole process with vaseline or a mild and moisturizing cream that you lightly spread on the skin all around with your fingers. Top the brow with our Care & Growth Serum to deeply hydrate the brow and add nourishment, and as a bonus it adds growth to the brow.
