There are several ways to book an appointment with us. Our online booking is the most efficient method as this service is open 24/7 and applies to all Rapides Brow Bars.

Booking via email directly to a Brow Bar is only valid when a Brow Artist confirms your booking, otherwise you cannot expect your desired time to be booked.

If you prefer to call, this is possible at some of our salons – please note that we only answer phone calls when we have time. Our phone is primarily for us to contact you as a customer. Contact information for our salons can be found here.

If you are unable to attend and want to cancel your appointment, there are several options:

• Click the link in your booking confirmation to cancel online with one click.
• Contact the Brow Bar you have booked with via email – you can find contact information for each Brow Bar here.

Cancellations must be made no later than 12 hours before the booked time. If cancellations are made later or not completed, 100% of the treatment price will be charged via invoice.

If you send an email to our customer service or a DM via social media, we cannot guarantee your cancellation. Therefore, we refer you to the above cancellation options whenever possible.

Certain treatments may be affected by being pregnant, such as: Lash Curl, Lash Lift, Brow Lift, eyelash extensions and tinting of eyelashes and eyebrows. It is up to you as the client to decide whether you still want to complete the treatment or not.

NOTE! It is of course completely safe to have the treatments performed, but the result may be different than expected.

The shipping cost per order is 50DKK to Denmark for orders under 425DKK - orders over 425DKK are shipped free of charge.

If you regret your purchase and wish to return your products, please fill out the enclosed return form carefully and send the item back to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping, and the return address is on the return form. We recommend that you book a trackable shipment so that you can follow the package and ensure that it arrives.

You are responsible for the return package when it is sent to us, and we do not replace returned goods that are broken or lost in transit. According to the Distance Selling Act, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the day you received your order. The product must be in undamaged, unopened and original packaging. The product must not have been opened or tested, and the packaging must not show signs of having been opened.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring that the item is returned in the same condition as delivered. Gift cards are not covered by our return policy and are not refundable.

We will refund the amount of your order within 14 days from the time the return arrives at our warehouse. We do not refund shipping costs.

Your package will be held at the pickup location for 6 or 13 days, depending on the rules of your local pickup location. If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will deduct the amount of the return shipping and a handling fee (possible customs fees apply for returns from Norway) from the amount you paid for your order, excluding any shipping costs. This will be processed within ten business days of the return being received at our warehouse.

If you want to complain about an item purchased in our webshop, you must always contact Rapide's customer service before returning the product. The return will not be approved without prior approval from us.

If you have received an item that is damaged or otherwise defective, please contact us within one week of receipt. A defective item will be replaced with a new product – never with a refund.

If you wish to make a complaint about a product you have purchased from our Brow Bars, the complaint must be made in the store, and this must be done within a reasonable time after the purchase. Please note that it is not possible to make a complaint about a product due to dissatisfaction, as we do not have a satisfaction guarantee. This is regulated in the Danish Consumer Sales Act.

If you have purchased a product from one of our retailers, you must contact the retailer and follow their procedures for complaints. This also applies to complaints about products purchased in Brow Bars at Åhléns and Magasin Du Nord.

A lifetime warranty on a product means that products covered by the warranty can be claimed without any time limit, as long as a receipt from Rapide can be presented.

We reserve the right not to be able to replace products that are discontinued or no longer being produced - in such cases, compensation will be provided in the form of other products of similar value.

We refer all feedback regarding your treatment to our customer service - send a description of the case along with pictures, time, date and location of your treatment performed.

Please note that in the event of complaints about treatments, we always offer a correction as the first solution.

If you forget to cancel your booking or do not show up, we will send you an invoice for 100% of the amount. An administration fee will also be charged.
