If you are unable to make your appointment and wish to cancel, there are several options for canceling:
- Click the link in your booking confirmation to cancel online with one click.
- Contact the Brow Bar where you have booked your appointment via email - you can find contact information for the individual Brow Bars here.
We primarily refer to email contact, as we are not always able to answer phone calls or return missed calls.
Cancellations must be made no later than 12 hours before your booking. If cancellations are made later or not completed, 100% of the treatment fee will be charged via invoice.
If you send an email to our customer service or a DM via social media, we cannot guarantee your cancellation. Therefore, we refer to the above cancellation options as much as possible.
